Do I have to have my kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom installed by you?
Certainly not, because all our kitchens and Bathrooms come rigid they are relatively simple to fit, as long as you have the relevant trades available for the electrical and plumbing and gas work, Bedrooms come as a kit because of access, stairways Etc but we can do supply only if required.

Can you supply cheap kitchens, Bedrooms, Bathrooms?
All our kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom ranges and accessories are a lot cheaper than any other company selling like for like products, But no, we will not sell inferior products, all our kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms are first class quality, regardless of style chosen e.g. solid wood, veneer, vinyl, foil, or hand painted. All our cabinets and accessories are of equal quality throughout all ranges. As the saying goes "you buy cheap you buy twice" if you had a bad experience with something you wouldn't go back, which means you wouldn't buy from us a second time if we did supply you with an inferior product, we have several customer's who, over a 2 to 3 year period, have had all their Bedrooms, Bathroom, En-suite, and kitchen with us.

I need other work completed first.
No problem, more often than not we can help with this as well, by incorporating it into one project at one cost. Dealing with one company will save you time and money on your new kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom project. We undertake all manner of building works i.e. creating a new room for the project, knocking walls through, new ceilings, plastering, flooring, tiling, etc, all electrical, plumbing and gas works.

I am handicapped can you accommodate for my needs?
Yes, we can modify and adapt your new kitchen, Bedroom or Bathroom to suit you and your families needs, for example, lower or higher washing up areas; higher / lower or pull out work surfaces; slide out shelving; these are just some of the things we can do for you. You are not alone, basically if you need it, we can and will do it for you.

How does the whole process work?
You can come to the showroom's, you can telephone us for an appointment at your earliest convenience, or by email. adriangent@aol.com We will then attend your home and go through your requirements with you, advising you about the difference in the range of prices, kitchens, Bedrooms, Bathrooms and appliances, plus all the various accessories available to you. We then leave you with a number of previous customer names and addresses for you to contact at your convenience, to ask questions about our service, quality of the kitchens, Bedrooms, Bathrooms and installations. We will produce a drawing and a Cad design at the office, then email you with a link to the project page on our website, where you can click on your name to see your proposed project in various designs and finishes, then we wait for you to contact us, in order to agree on a particular design and finish that you have chosen, then we will cost up accordingly and inform you of all the cost's involved. This is done without any pressure or obligation whatsoever before making a decision in your own time.

How do I pay for my kitchen Bedroom, Bathroom once chosen?
Initially with a 25% deposit, then after delivery of your complete kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom, accessories and appliances. Customers pay the balance less the £1,000 retainer until complete satisfaction and installation. Most other companies require full payment, 6 to 8 weeks prior to installation.

Do you offer a finance package?
No, because quite simply the best place to borrow money from is your own bank or building society. Also the companies that do offer finance, make even more money from their customers, because they take extra commission from the finance company - we will not do that.
